Shipping Policy

HANDLING AND SHIPPING TIME: Once the order is confirmed with you including the shipping address and order details your order is sent for processing and it takes 1-2 working days as handling time. If the Products is in Warehouse(USA+CANADA), it will be shipped within a day. After that your order is shipped out via the best shipping companies such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, depending upon the country and the feasibility of the easiest shipping time. Our orders are manufactured and shipped from INDIA. The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days Worldwide. The Delivery time in Russia and Brazil will be more.
OUR POLICY:
We do not charge you for the shipments however the IMPORT DUTIES, VATS AND TAXES are paid by the buyer.
We request you to provide us accurate shipping address so that you receive the parcel on time or else we will not responsible for any loss or damage. Please provide a correct phone number so that we can contact you in case of any issue in delivery address.
Parcels may increase in case of bulk orders.
We refund only in case of the shipment not delivered in the stipulated time frame or else damaged parcels during shipments.
You are requested to sign your parcel as we are not responsible if the parcel is lost or damage if signed by any other person. If you miss your delivery then our shipping company will leave you a note at your doorstep and you need to contact them and collect the parcel. Our customer support will also contact you in this case and inform you.
We are not responsible in change of shipping address once the order is shipped out.
We do not ship to APO, FPO addresses.
