We strive our best to provide customer satisfaction in all areas once you order with LE CRAZE however still you can either return, exchange or get refund if you are not satisfied with of the services provides by us.
The below is our refund policy which we request our customers to read, understand and agree before you complete your order.
REFUNDS, RESHIPMENTS OF PRODUCT ALLOWED.
Refunds or reshipemnts are allowed in case of wrong product delivery, wrong color or wrong size recieved from LE CRAZE.
We strongly request you to check the size chart and then select the sizes or contact us if you are not sure with the size’s.
If the product is delivered in damaged condition, you need to contact us within 24 business hours after that you have to submit your order with the image of the parcel or item received. You can email us to info@lecraze.com. We will reship a new item free of cost.
Orders can be cancelled only within 24hrs after placing the order or before the order confirmation. You have to email us the reason for the order cancellation. We shall cancel the order and refund your order.
No refunds if you did not like the item after you receive or does not suit you. If your order is more than one product then you need to accept the complete order as we do not practice of returning the goods if in case you dislike one of them.
Color of the products which you receive may sometimes vary due to the screen monitor resolution. No refunds allowed in such cases however we assure that if there is huge difference then we will help you to getting the correct one.
We understand that the product and content described on the website is for your personal use and the designs differ from others. So we request you not to compare the products with the other designs if any. No refund allowed for the same.
Refunds will be done through online mode . Refunds or reshipments can be requested only within 24 hours of the order received. Refunds are processed and amount refunded within 7-8 working days or before.
We appreciate your feedbacks and suggestions and therefore we suggest you to contact us any time you need us so that your doubts are cleared. Placing direct disputes and leaving negative feedback will not help both to resolve your problem. Contact us via email, phone or live help.
